Nowadays, more and more young people choose traditional exercise ways to keep healthy.
Baduanjin
People created Baduanjin in the Song Dynasty over 800 years ago. Equipment is not necessary and it

Chinese Five Animal Boxing, also known as Wuqinxi, is created by Hua Tuo, a famous medical
scientist in the late Eastern Han Dynasty over 1,800 years ago. It is the first complete set of qigong
exercises following the movements of animals: monkeys, deer, birds, bears and tigers. It's designed
to help blood circulation (循环) and let the energy go smoothly in the body to improve health. It needs no
tools and it's easy to learn, but it doesn't fit little boys or girls.
