Early in the morning, when the sun was just waking up, we all went to our rooms. After that, the teachers showed us how to make the bed step by step and where to put our things. There are many kinds of wild animals living in our country, such as Siberian tigers(东北虎), Asian elephants, golden monkeys and pandas. Today we are talking about pandas that are the most-liked among them. China has done many things to protect pandas.
From 1963, China started setting up nature reserves(保护区) for pandas. There are now over 60 of them. In October 2021, China set up the Panda National Park. It includes many nature reserves to better protect pandas. In the last 40 years, the number of wild pandas has grown from 1,114 to 1,864. To better take care of pandas, China has also built many research bases (基地) in the nature reserves. More than 670 pandas are living there. Workers help keep pandas. At the Wolong Hetaoping Base in Sichuan, 10 pandas have gone to live in the wild since 2010.
So how do we bring up a panda First, keepers pick pandas in good conditions and put them in the training area after they have babies. When the babies are one to five months old, keepers set up a human-free environment for them by dressing up like pandas. The training area is very big and it is almost the same as the wild environment to help the babies learn living skills when they are one year old. At the age of 2, the baby pandas will leave their mothers and go to live in the wild. They will wear tracking collars(追踪项圈). After about one to two years, the collar's battery(电池) will die, and the collar will fall off by itself. The pandas will go on living in the wild.

There came out a cartoon short film of Journey to the West on the Internet. It was made with the help of AI(人工智能技术). The film shocked many people because of its great watching and feeling experience. It provided new chances for showing Chinese classics.
This film is from Mr Feng, a man from Sichuan, who has 15 years of art experience. He said that it might take at least six months to make the short film by hand before. But this work took only one week with the help of AI.
He also explained the steps to make this film with AI. The most important thing was to decide the number of pictures needed first. Next, he analyzed(分析) the story with AI and made a plan. Then he used AI to draw the pictures. At last, a picture-to-video software(软件)helped to animate the pictures. These steps made many pictures that were not useful. “Now, it is difficult for AI to fully understand my meaning. Every time, I have to find the right pictures for the next step,”Mr Feng said.
