The winners of the 2023 Hugo Awards （雨果奖） were made public on Oct.21st，2023.Chinese writer Hai Ya took home an award for his book "The Space-Time Painter" and he became the third Chinese writer to win a Hugo award after Liu Cixin in 2015 and Hao Jingfang in 2016.
