For 17-year-old Tibetan girl Cigla, playing basketball at an elevation (海拔) of more than 3,000 metres is as easy as her favourite player LeBron James getting a slam dunk (扣篮) .

I went to Wolong in Sichuan Province during my last summer vacation. It was my first time to travel alone, so I felt a little worried at first.
I stayed at a small hotel next to the Wolong Panda Centre. I was going to visit the centre the next morning after I arrived there. I was so excited that I failed to sleep at night. As a result, I felt tired the next day.
Everything went well at first the next day. I saw many pandas playing in the trees. They looked so cute. I also tried to feed the pandas on some bamboo. When they were eating, they seemed to be quite happy and even wanted to make friends with me.
