How I’ve changed!
My life has changed a lot in the last three years. I used to be heavy, but now I’m thin. I used to have short straight hair, but now I have long curly hair. I used to be shy and quiet, but now I am outgoing and active. I used to like listening to music, but now I like doing sports. However, the most important change in my life was my build.
Three years ago, I used to be heavy and some of my classmates often laughed at me. That made me unhappy. So I wanted to change it.
I decided to lose weight, and then I went to school without breakfast. Later, I found I was too weak to study well. Miss Wang found my secret. She told me the best way to lose weight was doing sports. Every morning, I got up early and ran for half an hour. Soon I fell in love with running. Gradually, I became thin and outgoing. And I could study full of energy all day. So my important change is that I become thin and outgoing.
Since then, I have kept running. Thanks to Miss Wang, I have changed a lot! I have changed my build, my personality and my life!
